The creative produced would serve 3,000 internal employees and an international audience within the online banking industry. Assist in creative solutions, develop custom templates, and concept ideation for developing projects. Designed, formatted, and produced high-quality ebooks, infographics, sales presentations, and advertising. Took ownership of project management among creative projects, supported business initiatives, and process improvement opportunities, and led meetings to further support creative bonding and team comradery.

Lead the Marketing Department operations and function. Collaborated closely with leadership on brand values and direction to further brand awareness. Thoughtfully concept and developed refreshed brand identity and implemented changes into web design, digital and print material, online presence and event signage. Responsible for coordinating marketing meetings, and reporting on creative and marketing efforts. Designed print advertising, social media, email campaigns, printed media, and assisted with templates for sales pitches in efforts to expand brand awareness and further customer acquisition and retention.

Lead in the creation of proposals for future building opportunities around the country. Attended networking opportunities to further generate leads for marketing to generate proposals and close leads. Attended crucial meetings with clients about in-progress needs. Researched, produced, and maintained multiple presentations each week for internal meetings and potential leads. Also, developed a wireframe for a future website redesign.
GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
Worked closely with Marketing Coordinator to create and update print adverts, marketing collateral, and social media along with website content, emphasizing what the company has to offer in terms of design and functionality. Lead in developing, designing, testing and executing on a new internal communications network design. Worked closely with an external design firm to re-branding the company.
